Grief Counselling

Many authors discuss believe that task of the grieving process is to come to terms with the new reality – facing life without your loved one, parent, sibling, lover, colleague, friend, pet, or even object of value. Creating or finding meaning of life after the loss can seem overwhelming and scary as there can be many living adjustments to be made apart from managing the loss itself.

Sometimes one is fortunate enough to have family to go through this process with and other times the person left behind may only have themselves to rely on. Life stage and illness can make this task seem unbearable with you. Together we will find a way forward.
